Welcome to the experience of bass fishing, on Lake Okeechobee, Florida. Located on the NW corner of the lake at the mouth of the Kissimmee River, where fishing is a dream. Just check the Bass-Slayers page on our site. Many tournaments are held here, including FLW Tour & Bassmasters. Now we may share our fishing expertise, knowledge, and largemouth bass! My wife Kim and I, and our dog Okee (RIP), and now Doobie & Dexter, are the proud owners and all love to bass fish. Fishing is good thru all seasons. Our boat is the FISH ITCH II. Its always itchin' to fish! 

 Fishing is great. There is a variety of fish to catch. Largemouth Bass and Black Crappie (aka speck) are the most desired. Catfish, bluegill, talapia, oscars, and I've even heard of an occasional snook are caught in these waters. Live bait such as wild shiners, minnows and night crawlers will guarantee plenty of bites. 

The best of both worlds !!

Our boat is a 20 foot Carribean Skiff powered by Yamaha. Plenty of room for fishing. We fish artificial baits and wild shiners. I use a Falcon rod, while my wife prefers the G-Loomis. Both are very sensitive and catch lots of fish. We both use Tatula baitcasting reels. Rubber worms are what we fish mostly, my favorite color is a secret. There is such a large variety of artificial lures, crankbaits and spinnerbaits, you can have a great day of fishing and experiment with different techniques at the same time, no matter how much experience you may have, plus most of all, have fun.
